MeMe’s Recipes | Corn Pie

🌽🥧Corn Pie is the last (well maybe) menu item I am adding to my Easter Buffet. I will post my menu tomorrow, but this recipe is sure to spark some memories for some of you. I am using fresh corn but you can certainly use frozen or canned. You will need 2 cups of nibblet corn. This is a delictable dish that is named “pie” but also could be in the casserole category! Many of you say I remind you of your mom/grandmother… and their recipes. Well “aw shucks” !
