In part two of this 2 part series, I hope to finish a project I have been wanting to do for years. My 1973 2 HP Johnson Outboard has not run since 2006. It would start and stall. I discover the gas tank is super rusty in part 1 and come across other issues after the carb rebuild. Watch this video to see how I tackle these issues and if I get it running.
