参观羽毛球训练班 Tour of Z Speed Badminton Training Classes (Ara Court Kayu Ara PJ)

身边30+至40+岁的球友们很好奇的问，像他们现在的状态适合在羽毛球班练球吗？或者完全没碰过球拍的朋友们，想要透过羽毛球班健身，合适吗？又担心教练不会讲解和指导，到时候花了金钱又花时间却学不到东西。前几天和 Z Speed Badminton Centre 的总教练 Joelle Ng 商量这件事，终于得到她的允许让我来拍摄他们八打灵的周末羽毛球班，让大家了解教练们如何教导学员们的一些片段，拍完后我就可以打球了。

My 30+ to 40+ year olds friends are very curious to ask me, are they suitable for badminton training? Or some of them who have never played badminton before, want to exercise through a badminton class, is it appropriate? A few days ago, I discussed this with Joelle Ng, the head coach of Z Speed Badminton Centre, and finally got her permission to let me film their Petaling Jaya's weekend badminton classes to let everyone know how the coaches train the students. After filming, I will prepare for my badminton session.
