Topographic:
This property's predominant topography consists of flat areas with only a small amount of semi-open savannah areas and parts consists of beautiful tree species like: Maroela, Redbush Willow, Seringa and plenty of sweet thorn veld just to name a few trees. The grazing consists of a more dominant sweet veld, yet a good mixture of mainly sweet and very little sour veld also occurs.
