Victorian Chair Makeover Part 2 | Furniture Upholstery Tutorial | DIY Painted Furniture Flip

Time to upholster the Victorian king and queen chair set. The original batting was in good condition so I was able to reuse it. I did add 2" foam on top of the batting to make the chairs more comfortable to sit on.

I used an off white upholstery fabric. Be sure to cut it larger than you need. It is always better to have a little extra fabric that can be cut off than not enough. I am using an Arrow stapler that connects to an air compressor. Any stapler would work. I prefer the air stapler because it is much faster and fits into small spaces. The trim is from Hobby Lobby in the upholstery section.
