The video shows a flythrough of a consumer goods warehouse. Forklifts are loading and unloading incoming trucks, reach trucks pick full pallets and pallet jacks are busy with item picking. Besides the general warehouse activity, there is also Value added logistics, rework and customization activities added to the model. The model helped the customer to balance its complete warehouse operation. With the help of this model, the customer is now better able to balance the workload and act to (peak) fluctuations in the workload.
