Paranormal investigator Dave Schrader, psychic medium Cindy Kaza, and equipment expert Shane Pittman from The Holzer Files, with the help of Dr. Hans Holzer’s daughter Alexandra Holzer, reopen his 50-year-old case of paranormal activity at one of the oldest houses in Rye, N.Y. In 1963, Holzer recorded ghostly events at the Peck House, tied to Ladi Peck, a girl who died in a fire in 1884. Although a portrait seemed to calm her spirit in 1985, the team now finds similar activity at the nearby Knapp House. As the team investigates, they face chilling encounters: water mysteriously seeping from the ceiling, unseen forces grabbing their necks, and a sinister woman with blackened teeth.
