In hotfix 9.1.0.2 I saw notes: Fixed an issue where the Grenade and Melee stats were giving less passive energy regeneration than intended.
So I gave combo blow another try to see if it works. It still is not consistent. It was normal before the hotfix 9.1.0.1 on 9/16/2025. It seems to work a little better, but still up to 4 ads back to back at times without consuming melee ability. I died once in the video because I couldn't proc my melee to gain the orbs needed for healing.
Exotic used in vid: Inmost/Syntho. But works just fine in shooting range with same modifiers which still makes no sense.
