'Child-free propaganda' banned: Russia pushes bill amid declining birth rate

To Russia now, where the Kremlin is pushing for traditional family values to tackle a declining birth rate. The lower house of Parliament has adopted a bill to ban what it calls propaganda that discourages people from having children.
