Strength moves repeated between each Tabata

Ez bar Complex:
1. 5 dL
2. 4 bent rows
3. 3 power cleans
4. 2 front squats
5. 1 clean and press
Kb: AMRAP 2 mins increasing swing and sumo dL and plank hops
Db set:
1. 5 lunges/leg
2. 4 sumo squat jumps
3. 3 SA rows
4. 2 staggered spider knee pushups
Tabata Pair 1: 20:10 8x 4 mins
1. burpee box jump
2. forward lunge + goodmornings
Repeat Strength
Tabata Pair 2: time pyramid 6 mins
1. manmakers
2. Kb squat upright row
