It took me around 45min to restore this old and damaged photograph.
I mainly used the healing brush tool.
This graphic program is called Affinity Photo cost around $39 and does not require a monthly subscription fee like Adobe Photoshop. It is a raster graphics editor developed by Serif for Macs, iPads and Windows computers. It is part of the "Affinity trinity" alongside Affinity Designer(Vectors) and Affinity Publisher(DTP).
