Drottnar - Anamorphosis EP (Remastered 2025)

However, there is an interlude between Viking Drottnar and Bunker Drottnar, marked by the EP Anamorphosis, released in 2003. This work shows a 360° evolution, adding a new level of complexity to their music. At this point, we're talking about technical Black Metal with a very peculiar touch of symphonic mysticism. At times, it reminds me of Devil Doll (and that’s saying a lot!). When I first heard this EP, I was blown away. It was hard for me to let go of their Viking sound, but this new version was completely fresh and original. What came after was something entirely different, but this brief chapter in Drottnar's journey is well worth listening to and recognizing, and we remastered in honor to them!
