In May 2024, a group of Queensland Indigenous Rangers and Traditional Owners alongside Country Needs People met with MPs and Ministers from all parties at Parliament House, Brisbane.
The Queensland Indigenous Land & Sea Rangers program is an Aussie success story, with over 200 jobs across 47 remote and regional locations which has been running for 17 years.
It's critical that this strong program which is delivering real tangible outcomes for Traditional Owners, and for all of Queensland, is secured and continued into the future.
