Peanut Butter Cups
Butter
Chocolate chips
Sugar
Eggs
Instant Coffee
Boiling water
Cocoa Powder
Gluten Free Flour – Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1
Baking Powder
Salt

RECIPE NOTES FOR MAKING THE BEST PEANUT BUTTER CUP STUFFED BROWNIES:

The brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or up to 5 days in the fridge.

The butter and chocolate chips can be melted in the microwave if needed.

Line the baking pan with parchment or greased tin foil for easy removal.

If you don’t have parchment paper, you can use a well greased pan instead.

I used Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 gluten free flour. Feel free to use whichever gluten free flour/ gluten free flour mix, that you have on hand.

Using the instant coffee and the boiling water is optional.

You can use margarine in place of the butter, if preferred.

The peanut butter cups can be chopped up into pieces before adding to the batter.
