In this video, you will learn how to automate all of your missed calls so that they are redirected to an AI Phone Agent. Instead of the phone ringing out or receiving a voicemail, this new system will detect if the phone was not answered and automatically redirect the caller to the AI system to converse with them. Acknowledging that it's an automated system, the AI system will understand what the caller is inquiring about and forward the inquiry over SMS or email. Rather than receiving a broad message, we can program the AI to ask and answer several questions, potentially solving the need for the call in the first place.
