Honkai: Star Rail 3.4 is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated patches yet. Widely known as the Fate Collaboration Patch or the Phainon Patch. But behind the spotlight of these glamorous updates lies something just as important: major buffs to four legacy characters who once dominated the early game: Silverwolf, Jingliu, Kafka, and Blade.

These characters are being modernized with significant updates to their kits. The big question is: Can they keep up with the new generation of characters from Amphoreus?
