We've looked at the factors that influence X-ray scatter. Now let's look at the factors that we can manipulate in order to reduce scatter contribution to our image. We will look at the primary X-ray beam, patient factors and the exit X-ray beam. We'll also see how some reduction factors come at the cost of increasing patient dose.
