Our EPIC Transylvania Road Trip | Dracula, bears & more! | Romania | Vlog 29

We absolutely LOVED our Transylvania Road Trip in Romania. This road trip has been high on our road trip bucket list of for a while, and since we set off on this adventure, we've been looking forward to visiting Romania and checking out all the awesome castles and sights on offer.

We really wanted to drive the Transfagarasan Highway which is Romania's most spectacular and best-known road. But it closes partially in October and basically, the most famous (and highest) bit is closed, but we drove as far as we could and still got some amazing views and we found snow so we were happy!

We didn't see any wild bears roaming around in Romania, but we did visit a bear sanctuary to visit the rescued bears, which is always nice to see positive work being done.

We visited some really cool castes on this trip, including Bran Castle (which is known as being Draculas Castle), but our highlight was Peles Castle! It was truly one of the most beautiful castles I've seen, especially the interior.
