What are the 7pts Singleton rules?
Singleton means you can only play with one copy of each card with the exception of basic lands. It is also an old school magic the gathering format, meaning that you can only play with cards printed in 93/94 or with re-prints from that era with the same art. 7pts Singleton allows proxies.
