1998 Panoz Esperante GTR-1 - Monster 6.0L Ford V8 Sound at Spa Classic 2024

Taking a quick break from Group C footage (don't worry I still have a lot) to bring you this incredible American GT1 beast. I had already seen a Panoz Esperante 2 years ago during the 2022 Spa Classic but failed to capture enough footage to do the car justice with a video. Despite the heavy rain in half the Endurance Racing Legends 1 sessions causing a bit of a lack in angles compared to what I'd have liked to film, I still thought this video was well worth sharing. The Ford (Roush) 6.0L V8 producing 600 horsepower is one of those amazing old school bone rattlers, vibrating the stands and your body as it blasts past. Along some of the other very loud GT1 cars it was an absolute joy to film and I hope you'll enjoy the footage to come!
