A boat diving tour to the Kerama Islands aboard the Kadena Marina's "The Venture" dive boat. I finally got to dive a few sites in these islands I've heard so much about. The first dive wasn't much and left me wondering who carpet bombed the coral. Everything seemed destroyed and broken with only a few crinoids to add color. The second site was much more alive with corals, anemones, fish of all colors, turtles, and even some sleeping white-tipped reef sharks! It was a great day in some warm clear waters and I look forward to diving with the staff of the Kadena Marina at Kadena Air Base again in the future!
