Watch as I mill down 24' of a standing dead Black Cherry tree. It turned out to be very solid and gave me nearly 50 board feet of lumber, mostly as live edge planks.
This channel is presented to you in ASMR style. No dialog, no music, just the sights and sounds of the Frontier portable OS 18 sawmill in action. There’s a few subtitles thrown in from time to time to explain what I'm doing, but really it's more about just watching the machine do the work.
Please note: I’m no kind of expert with the sawmill, but I’m figuring it out.
The trees have all been harvested from my family’s farm in southern Ontario, Canada. The trees are all hardwood and I’ve been concentrating on standing dead, uprooted and just cleaning up the forest. Thank you so much for watching and please subscribe to help me grow my channel.
