I have returned from my small content break to try out ubers in gen 9, intending to show off one of my favorite legendaries in Rayquaza, which is basically an ubers equivalent to Dragonite in a way. Swords dance plus tera normal extreme speed is a deadly combo considering Rayquaza has base 150 attack and also has Air Lock to prevent Koraidon's Orichcalcum Pulse ability. However, the literal pokemon god Arceus decided to show why it is easily one of the best ubers pokemon around, especially when it is holding a fairy plate. Taunt prevents status from slower pokemon such as Toxapex, Giratina, and opposing Arceus forms in potential speed ties, fairy type judgement is amazing stab that gets boosted by calm mind, and recover keeps us healthy. The supporting cast of scarf Koraidon and Chi-Yu, defog Giratina, and specially defensive Clodsire with Water Absorb to take water moves makes sure we are able to setup with our sweepers should the chance arrive.
