Today we are going to a very special and a very lucky piece of land. Special because it is right on the border with an incredible wildlife sanctuary, and lucky because it has been bought by Karthik and Elrika and their colleagues specifically to bring back the forest and eventually the dream to make their future home here!

I guess at different times we all get that urge, or have that dream, where we just run away from the noise, the expectations and the stress of the modern world. To just retreat into the forest and go back to a simpler way of living that is more in tune with nature and less in tune with technology! Well, this incredible group of ecologists have got together, pooled their resources and purchased this property with exactly that dream in mind. We are going to be taking a trip to see their land, and you're coming with us! Not only that, because they plan to restore the land we are going to be helping them, which means you all get to come along for the restoration journey with us and (hopefully) see how quickly a piece of land like this can transform with just a little bit of love, care and understanding.

As always, we will show you the raw truths and realities, including all the amazing moments but also the challenges and setbacks, and no doubt there will be plenty of both on this land. But having gone to see the place and found such a lot of regenerating trees on the property, there is real hope that this land will be unrecognisable in just a couple of years.
