If you want to travel from London to Amsterdam, then you have a choice of routes. you could always fly or take the Eurostar (with or without a change at Brussels). however, there's one really relaxed and time-effective way of making the trip, by catching the overnight ferry.
As we'll see, you can leave London as late as 7pm and still be in central Amsterdam by 10:30 in the morning, having saved yourself a night in a costly Amsterdam hotel
