Shimmer and Shine are here to grant wishes! Today's DIY custom tutorial and doll review will show you how to make a custom Leah doll from the Nick Jr Shimmer and Shine. In each Shimmer and Shine episode, the genies, Shimmer and Shine, who are Leah's two genies help Leah out by granting her three wishes.
