Is Zoe fixed? Well sort of, at least it is charging again. After having no luck booking the car in to the local dealer, we reached out to Mitchells in Lowestoft, where we originally bought the car. They were very good and took a look as soon as we were able to get it to them.
They spent some time on the car and updated the software, however there still seems to be a small issue when we are charging with the Zappi charger on solar.
This charging is sporadic, so the car can start and stop charging through out the day, however currently it seems to be cutting out, before the car is full. This will need some more investigation.
Thanks to Mitchells Renault in Lowestoft they have been great.
