Complete how to for rejetting the carb on any XV250 model. For my bike with K&N air filter and drag pipes I found a 120 main and 20 idle jet worked best.

I don't recommend you buy the 6 sigma jet kit. Far too expensive for what is included. Here is what I would buy instead:
