Destiny 2 Lore - Renegades? Cabal attacked Xur! Here's what they stole from him...

Destiny 2's Lore and Story tells us about the potential moving pieces of the narrative ahead of Renegades. In particular, Ikora and Aunor appear to be tracking rogue Cabal, affiliated with an unknown faction, as they mugged xur and stole a variety of items from him including paracausal weapons and flight data. It appears that they might be attempting to commune with a member of The Nine and they also seem to be supported by someone with vast manufacturing capabilities.
