On hot day its always nice to do a hike that has a refreshing finish. This trail manageable for most with only a few large rocks to step over and creek crossings. *One of the bigger notes, is you do go through what looks like private property, the avocado grove (Rancho Recuerdo).You will see trail signs guiding you through. There are only few shaded parts to the hike early on, so if you do hike on a hot day do bring plenty of water. Each of us had about 2.5 liters.
