In this video, I talk you through our plans for growing even more organic vegetables for our MICHELIN Green Star restaurant 🌱
We’re expanding what we do here beyond the kitchen, with a stronger focus on education, sustainability, and self-sufficiency. That includes plans for a new outdoor function and learning space, a polytunnel to extend our growing season, and more raised beds to increase the variety and volume of what we grow on site.
And this is just the beginning. Just down the road, we’ll also be embarking on farming a 6-acre field, allowing us to scale up our organic production and deepen our connection between the land and the food on the plate.
