Here I take a Valeo 180 Amp Alternator from a 350k KM VW T5 that failed and investigate to find out what went wrong. Then I complete a full service with new brushes, slip rings, bearings, and clutch pulley to the Alternator putting in back to new and good for another 300k. This video applies to numerous alternators.
