প্রিয় দর্শক আপনাদের স্বাগত জানাই toy's vlogs চ্যানেলের নতুন ভিডিওতে। আজকে আপনাদের দেখাবো দিনাজপুর জেলার ফুলবাড়িতে বাণিজ্যিকভাবে চাষ হওয়া সৌদি আরবের খেজুর বাগান। মরুর এই ফলের চাষ অনেকটা কঠিন হলেও সেটাকেই বাস্তবে রূপ দিয়েছেন দিনাজপুর জেলার ফুলবাড়ী উপজেলার পৌর এলাকার স্বজনপুকুর গ্রামের জাকির হোসেন। তিনি নিজের ২০ শতাংশ জমিতে খেজুর চাষ করে সফল হয়েছেন।

বর্তমানে তার ১৯টি গাছে ফল ধরেছে। তার খেজুর বাগানের প্রতিটি গাছের বয়স ৪ থেকে ৬ বছর। ২০২২ সালে তার বাগানের ৩টি গাছে প্রথম খেজুর আসে। এবছর তার বাগানের সব গাছে ফল এসেছে। তার রোপণকৃত খেজুর বাগানে রয়েছে মরিয়ম, আজওয়া, খলিজি, বারহি, মেডজল ও আম্বার জাতের খেজুর গাছ। বর্তমানে আজওয়া, আম্বার ও বারহি খেজুর গাছের চারা বিক্রি করছেন জাকির হোসেন।

Cultivation of this desert fruit is very difficult but Zakir Hossain of Swajanpukur village of Fulbari upazila of Dinajpur district has made it a reality. He has succeeded in growing date palm on 20 percent of his land.

At present, 19 of his trees have borne fruit. Each palm tree in his plantation is 4 to 6 years old. In 2022, 3 trees in his garden produced the first dates. This year all the trees in his garden have borne fruit. His planted palm groves include Maryam, Ajwa, Khaliji, Barhi, Medjol and Amber date trees. Currently, Zakir Hossain is selling seedlings of Ajwa, Amber and Barhi palm trees.
