Spanish Oaks is an area right before the opening of Spanish Fork Canyon, Highway 6, right by the big Cross and windmills. Here we hit the best trails there which are Red Knoll, Canyon Run (formerly Blue Heaven) and Jail. Jail is a steep chunky trail which has been around for a while, whereas Red Knoll and Canyon Run are more recent and city sponsored and are flow trails with jumps. Red Knoll is better of the two flow trails to me because it's jumps have a little bit of a better length to them allowing you to not overshoot. But they are both fun. But Jail trail is really the reason to ride out here. Just note, you are NOT supposed to go down into the fenced area at the end, there is a left turn you should make and I make note of it in the video with a break and some text. Please don't bother the construction people or whoever may be in there. If you accidentally go to far, just hike back up to the turn.
