House Flipper 2 - Spring Estate Part 1 (Custom Job)

This is part 1 of the spring estate job. Unfortunately, I had to split it into 2 parts since the video would have been over 8 hours long and too long to upload to YouTube. Part 2 will be coming shortly :-).

Part 1 is Trash Cleanup and Installing the flooring and wallpapers inside the home. In the next part I will be furnishing all the rooms, the exterior as well, and will give a tour at the end of the video.

The Estate is a very large job. The house has 3 floors. 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a large foyer, large kitchen with a breakfast nook and coffee bar, a pantry, 2 employee bedrooms, a music room, dining room, a small kitchenette, laundry room, a large office, cigar room, arts/crafting room, a library, empty room in attic, lounge area, guest/employee housing, a maze garden, and a large empty greenhouse (its also broken idk).
