Testing Molly Baz's Earl Grey Yogurt Cake | Basically Better Baking | Bon Appétit Review #61

Today I'm testing out Molly Baz's recipe for Earl Grey Yogurt Cake developed from the Bon Appétit Test Kitchen. This recipe the second video in Basically's Better Baking series. The cake is a nice light texture and isn't overly sweet, but not savory either. This easy tea cake is perfect for a midday snack. Or enjoy this quick bread toasted slathered with melty butter.
