Have you ever lived in a place that didn't feel like home? In those times, you might feel like an outcast or that the environment is not right for you. 1 Peter 2:9-12 teaches us that followers of Jesus will feel that way in this broken world. Following Jesus with holiness and generosity is counter-cultural to the world, which praises selfishness and personal gain.
How can you embrace who Jesus says you are in a world that seldom cooperates?
Remember who you are in Christ.
Do what he says.
