Bread Slices - 12 large
Salt - as per taste
Finely chopped onion - 1
Chopped green chilli - 2 or 3
Coriander Chopped - 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Carrot - 1
Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Sugar Powder - to taste, about 1 tsp
Oil - to fry
