Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs Minister Velenkosini Hlabisa has confirmed being informed about a missing South African politician in floods in Mozambique.
Ekurhuleni Member of the Mayoral Committee for Roads and Transport Planning Andile Mngwevu is missing with two other people.
SANDF members and their Mozambican counterparts have embarked on a search for them.
