"Kadayıf dolması" (Stuffed kadayif). It is made from tel kadayıf, walnut, egg and honey.
Cag kebap is prepared with lamb meat.Speacialy marinated meat pieces are sliped on to the skewer.Skewer then is placed horizontalaly to the special fire place. The distance between fire and meat is about 30cm. Cook rotates the skewer. When the meat is cooked well, smaller skewers is used to serve it.Cag kebap is different then Doner kebap. In Cag kebap Onion is added among the meat pieces and cook horizontaly.
Tortum and Senkaya towns of Erzurum are famous with Cag Kebap, in some part of Turkey, Cag kebap is named Tortum Kebap or Tortum Cag Kebap.
