Vegan honey garlic sauce
for each head of garlic you will need
half cup of vegan fish sauce
half cup of maple syrup
tablespoon of vegan oyster sauce or soy sauce
peel garlic and chop into fine mince
add oil to hot pan
cook garlic into slightly golden brown
add mixture of fish sauce, maple syrup in oyster sauce
cook down into reduced into half amount of liquid ( or your preference between a thicker or thinner sauce)
Ladle into a jar let cool down before refrigerated
