In this video, I test the Noise App on the Apple Watch Ultra 3 to see how accurately it measures sound levels (in decibels) when my iPhone plays music at maximum volume.
I wanted to find out just how loud everyday music playback really is, and whether it’s safe for your ears over time.
The Apple Watch’s Noise App measures real-world environmental sound in dB(A), so this test shows what the Watch detects when music is played through speakers.
🎧 What I test in this video:
• Measuring sound levels with the Apple Watch Ultra 3
• iPhone speaker volume test (maximum)
• Real-time decibel readings using the Noise App
• Explanation of what those dB numbers mean for hearing safety

📱 Devices used:
• Apple Watch Ultra 3
• iPhone 17 Pro Max (music playback)
