Back to belt-worn sound effect devices! This time it's the henshin belt of Kamen Rider Meteor, our secondary Rider in Fourze. The previous belts like this one have been rather gimmicky, and while this certainly does carry the series motif well, it's not over the top with it's function. Let's see if that translates to a better toy.
