THIS is what REAL Medium Format Looks Like | Mamiya RZ67 + Phase One IQ4 Portraits

Experience true medium format depth and quality in this live portrait session. I am shooting the Mamiya RZ67 Pro IID with the Phase One IQ4 Digital Back and the Mamiya 110mm f/2.8 lens, shot wide open to show how large sensors create that incredibly smooth transition between focus and blur. I also explain by means of sample images the manual focusing challenge when shooting in this configuration widest open and aiming at a focus sitting pin point sharp on the eye of the model.

This setup combines the analog precision of Mamiya mechanics and optics with the digital clarity of the Phase One IQ4.
