Today, I would be taking a day trip to Mount Emei scenic area and also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Mount Emei was a sacred mountain of cultural significance as it was the place where Buddhism was first established on Chinese territory. For this trip, I would just be going to the lower mountain area, which does not need the mountain entrance fee. And last but definitely not least, I would also try some of the local food in this area.
