[(3dc, Ch2, 3dc) in Ch3 space] x4

R3: Sl st, Ch3, dc, (3dc, Ch2, 3dc) in Ch2 space,
2dc, sk 2 sts, 2dc,
[(3dc, Ch2, 3dc), 2dc, sk 2 sts, 2dc] x3,
(3dc, Ch2, 3dc) in Ch2 space, 2dc

R4: Ch3, 3dc, (3dc, Ch2, 3dc) in Ch2 space, 4dc, sk 2 sts, 4dc,
[(3dc, Ch2, 3dc) in Ch2 space, 4dc, sk 2 sts, 4dc] x3,
(3dc, Ch2, 3dc) in Ch2 space, 4dc, sl st

For the second star panel:
Repeat all steps until the last Ch2 space of Round 4.
➡️ Instead of Ch2, add 30 chains.
