Roy Kizer is a solid Austin municipal golf course. Kizer is located on the same site as the Jimmy Clay golf course, but has a very different design style. The golf course is extremely wide open and has a "links" feel to it. Keeping the ball in play is fairly easy on this course. The biggest defenses are the wind, ponds, and bunkering. There are five sets of tee markers which allow any player to enjoy the layout.
