Collaboration, culture, community: Inside Marsh McLennan’s Norwich office!

Welcome to Willow House – a Destination Office designed for Marsh McLennan in the heart of Norwich.

Tasked with transforming a four-floor building into a standout workplace, Claremont focused on creating a safe, comfortable, and collaborative environment that attracts top talent and supports employee wellbeing.

The design maximises space efficiency through smart zoning, with central areas for collaboration and relaxation, and quieter zones around the perimeter for focused work. Features include a large on-site gym, interactive wayfinding, a prayer and mother’s room, and access to outdoor space.

Biophilic design, local artwork, and sustainable choices run throughout, from UK-made recyclable furniture to flooring made from post-consumer materials.

This is workplace design with purpose, built on a 13-year partnership and a drive to keep improving.
