These members are from Sendai, the place experienced the serious damage of Tsunami in 2011.
According to the information of https://www.facebook.com/ichinoza/inf..., the dance was first performed imprompu by the stone craftsmen coming from Sensyu area (now southern part of Osaka) for the opening ceremony of the new Sendai Castle in 1603.
