A massive winter storm is moving into the South, impacting Memphis with about three inches of snow and a quarter inch of ice. Transportation officials in Memphis say they’ve been preparing for days and have 231,000 tons of salt ready. NBC’s Kathy Park reports for Saturday TODAY.
